Kappel & Kappel agents receive special Short Sale designations

Last month some of our agents attended a two day seminar in Concord to obtain the official designation of “Certified Distressed Property Expert.” This designation is intended to provide the agents with the information and skills to help them accomplish Short Sales. Some of them have already distinguished themselves in the short sale arena by completing numerous successful short sales and are hopeful that the designation will drive even more customers who are “upside down” in their mortgages and need help, to their service. We also have agents that are fluent in the Spanish language and are concentrating their efforts on helping those members of the Hispanic community who need the assistance of an honest, knowledgeable Real Estate Professional who will put their needs first.
